What is the difference between genuine and non-genuine parts?

Genuine parts will be supplied by the original heat exchanger exchanger manufacturer. However, when purchasing any spare parts the original manufacturer is not always the best solution. We all know that certain motor vehicle parts can be purchased cheaper from car shops rather than from the main dealer.

Why would I want to buy non-genuine parts?

Cost! The price difference between genuine and non-genuine parts can be as much as 50%.

Are all non-genuine parts the same quality?

No! There are many non-genuine parts manufacturers to choose from, whose products range from very good to very bad.

I do not know the manufacturer of my heat exchanger, what can I do?

You can use the search engine on the website to search for the unit type of your equipment. If you still can not find any information, please contact us and we will be able to point you in the right direction.

I have a unit type which is not listed on your site, can you still help?

Yes. The site is growing every day as new units are produced and old, obsolete, and unique units are discovered. Please complete our spares request form and we try our best to find out any information.

Is it safe to purchase items online?

Yes. Your details are handled by WorldPay who are one of the largest online payment companies. If you are in any doubt, please contact us and we will be able to arrange an alternative payment method.

Do I have to use my credit card to make purchases?

No. For your first order you can be sent a pro-forma invoice, after that your company will be reviewed and a credit account will be set-up.

Do I have a choice how the good are sent to me?
